To ensure the quality of our services we have a strategic initiative to implement a number of industry best practice frameworks including ITIL which describes best practice for IT Service Management and Prince2 an internationally recognised Project Management methodology. The majority of our staff are highly skilled engineers that work to deliver our projects and provide support to our clients via our Help Desk. While our Head Office in Sydney is the base for most of our staff, our technical offices provide ground support in each capital city and a significant number of regional centres.
